This Privacy Policy explains how AdPulse, a product of Cinamystic, an independent studio project based in India ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses and protects your information when you use adpulse.cinamystic.in and the AdPulse service.

1. Information we collect

• Enquiry form data: your name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, role, average daily ad spend range, number of ad accounts, preferred report time, current reporting method, interest level and any notes you provide.
• Meta advertising data: once you grant view-only access to your Meta Business Manager, we access performance metrics of your ad accounts (such as spend, ROAS, purchases, leads, clicks, CTR, CPM and impressions) through Meta's official Marketing API. We access this data solely to generate your reports.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to improve the website.

2. What we do not collect

• We never receive or store your Meta or Facebook password.
• We do not request or hold edit access to your ad accounts. We cannot create, modify or pause campaigns, and we cannot spend your money.
• We do not access your personal Facebook or Instagram profile content.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you on WhatsApp and email regarding your enquiry and onboarding.
• To generate and deliver your daily performance reports on WhatsApp.
• To operate, maintain and improve the service.
• To send service-related communication such as billing reminders and important updates.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information or your advertising data. We share information only with service providers necessary to run AdPulse (such as WhatsApp Business messaging providers, cloud hosting and form processing services), and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain your form data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and provide the service. Advertising performance data is retained only as long as necessary to generate reports and maintain your report history. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Revoking access

You can revoke AdPulse's view-only access at any time from your Meta Business Manager settings. Revoking access stops all future reports. You may also cancel your subscription at any time; see our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable measures.

8. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, which help us measure the performance of our advertising. When you submit our enquiry form, limited information (such as a hashed version of your email and phone number) may be shared with Meta for ad measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to us at studio.cinamystic@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe as required under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

10. Third-party platforms

AdPulse uses Meta's official Marketing API and WhatsApp for message delivery. Your use of Meta and WhatsApp remains governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. AdPulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
